To break the cycle of ineffective "sit and get" professional learning and transition Del Mar College into an organization toward a "go and show" model, I've together a compelling case to convince administration and colleagues why this shift is necessity. This presentation serves as a call-to-action to demonstrate why alternative professional learning models are essential for organizational success. In the presentation I've used Nancy Duarte's framework to address the five key principles of effective professional learning.
